I have been using Blue Light blockers since 2022 after I had Lasik. I use the darker glasses around 5pm when the sun starts to set:
I use the lighter Computer glasses during the day:
Just like everything this is simply my perception, I have been using my blue light blockers now on and off for a few years now and I know for a fact I get less computer headaches, I fall asleep easier at night, & most importantly I no longer feel my eyes straining after sitting at my computer all day. Why not give it a try? A under $20 investment makes it a little easier to test the waters and see for yourself if you feel any improvement. I really do recommend for those that stare at a screen all day....which at this point I feel is most of us.
