Daily non-negotiables that keep my mind clear, body light, and energy magnetic.
Healing isn’t a weekend detox or a 3-day juice cleanse it’s a lifestyle of returning to alignment. For me, healing is about choosing tools that work with my body, not against it. Tools that don’t just detox the physical, but expand me mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
Below are 10 of my ride-or-die tools the ones that have truly shifted the game for my nervous system, my skin, my gut, my energy field, and my clarity.
This is my healing stack. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and know that your body already knows what to do it just needs the right environment to do it in.
1. Zeolite
Zeolite is my #1 detox go-to for daily support. It’s a natural volcanic mineral that binds to heavy metals, mold toxins, and environmental pollutants without depleting minerals.
Why I use it: Gentle, effective, and safe to use long-term. I take it first thing in the morning in clean water.

2. Full Spectrum CBD (Nuvita)
CBD changed my relationship with stress, inflammation, and sleep. I use full spectrum only because it keeps the full plant profile intact for maximum benefit.
How I use it: Morning for nervous system regulation and evening for deep sleep.

3. Red Light Therapy
This one is non-negotiable. I use red light for skin clarity, hormone balance, mitochondrial energy, and recovery.
Where I use it: Face, gut, uterus, and thyroid mostly anywhere that needs light energy and healing.

4. Castor Oil Packs
These support my liver, womb space, and lymphatic system all at once. When I feel stuck emotionally or physically, castor oil packs are a soft reset.
When: 3–5x per week in the evening before bed.
Tip: Use with heat for deeper absorption and relaxation.
5. Dry Brushing
This simple ritual takes 2 minutes before a shower but activates so much: lymph flow, blood circulation, and gentle exfoliation.
Why I love it: It connects me back to my body and helps move stagnant energy physically and energetically.
6. Gua Sha
I don’t just use this for skincare. Gua sha is a powerful lymph-moving, fascia-releasing, nervous system-soothing practice.
When: Mornings for de-puffing and grounding; evenings to release tension.
Tip: Pair it with a calming oil or tallow-based balm.
7. Mindful Supplementation
I don’t take everything I take what’s aligned. Supplements should support, not overwhelm.
Here are a few I rotate:

8. Nervous System Reset Tools
Somatic shaking, breathwork, EFT tapping, and vagus nerve activation are all in my daily toolkit.
How I use them:

9. Structured, Mineralized Water
Most people are dehydrated at a cellular level. I structure my water with minerals, trace salts, and time it around detox tools.

10. Quantum Journaling
This isn’t basic journaling. I use writing as a tool to collapse timelines, rewire my subconscious, and anchor new energetic blueprints.
