INTRO: Why “Clear Energy” Is Non-Negotiable
Most people don’t realize they’re moving through life carrying a backpack full of emotional bricks. Some of those bricks aren’t even theirs they’re from old relationships, family wounds, societal noise, and the chaos of being human in the modern world.
They feel tired all the time, but no amount of sleep fixes it.
They feel stuck, but can’t point to exactly why.
They keep trying to “think positive” or manifest, but the results are slow or nonexistent.
That’s because you can’t pour pure water into a dirty glass and expect it to taste good.
If your energy field the invisible extension of your mind, body, and soul is cluttered, everything you do will be affected.
Your relationships. Your creativity. Your physical health. Your ability to manifest.
Clearing your energy isn’t optional. It’s survival.
Over the years, I’ve learned this the hard way. I used to wait until I hit emotional rock bottom to “do the work.” Now, clearing my energy is as non-negotiable as drinking water. It’s daily. It’s intentional. And it’s the reason I can handle life’s storms without drowning.
Here’s my complete mind–body–soul toolkit for keeping my energy crystal clear so I can show up fully, love deeply, and live in alignment.
1. Breathwork: Oxygen for the Soul
Breath is the bridge between your body and your soul.
When you breathe shallow and fast (the way most stressed people do), you tell your body, I’m not safe. That constant “fight-or-flight” mode clouds your thinking, disrupts your hormones, and keeps your energy in a perpetual state of emergency.
When I began breathwork, I realized how disconnected I was from my own body. The first time I committed to a 20-minute conscious breathing session, I cried. Not because I was sad, but because I felt my nervous system finally let go.
My Practice:
-
Mornings: I do a variation of Wim Hof breathing or 4-7-8 breathing before I touch my phone.
-
Afternoons: If I feel anxious, I pause, close my eyes, and take 10 deep belly breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth, with an audible sigh.
Why It Works:
Breathwork moves stagnant energy out of the body. It oxygenates your blood, feeds your brain, and flushes stress chemicals. It’s like opening a window in a stuffy room suddenly, there’s space to think, feel, and create again.
2. Quantum Journaling: Writing Your Future Into the Now
Most people use journaling to vent. And while that has its place, it often keeps you looping in the same story.
Quantum journaling is different. It’s about writing as if you already are the version of yourself who has what you desire. It’s about collapsing the gap between now and your ideal reality by anchoring into the feelings, thoughts, and choices of that future self.
Example: Instead of writing “I want to feel more confident,” you’d write:
“I wake up feeling grounded and magnetic. My voice carries certainty, and I no longer shrink myself. I walk into rooms and feel my presence expand.”
Why It Works:
Your subconscious doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality it responds to repetition and emotion. The more you embody your future self in your writing, the more your energy aligns with that timeline.
How I Use It:
-
Morning: 1–2 pages of scripting as my future self.
-
Evening: A short gratitude recap of moments where I already embodied her that day.
3. Movement: Not Punishment, But Energy Alchemy
I grew up in the culture of “no pain, no gain.” Movement was about burning calories, not clearing energy. That mindset almost destroyed my relationship with my body.
Now, I move for energy, not aesthetics. I choose practices that open my body, release tension, and move emotions through whether that’s yoga, intuitive dance, hiking, or a slow walk in the sun.
Why It Works:
Emotions are physical. They get stored in your tissues. Movement shakes loose the heaviness you can’t always think your way out of.
Pro Tip: If you’re stuck in overthinking mode, put on music and move your body without choreography or judgment. Let your hips sway. Let your shoulders drop. Watch how your mind starts to quiet.
4. Sound Healing: Tuning Your Frequency
We live in a noisy world, but not all noise is equal. Some sound lowers your vibration (scrolling TikTok in bed, anyone?), while certain frequencies actually heal you.
I use binaural beats, Solfeggio frequencies, and crystal singing bowls to bring my energy back into harmony.
My Go-Tos:
-
528 Hz: Opens the heart, fosters creativity, releases anxiety, stress and restores balance
-
432 Hz: Healing, restoring balance
-
963 Hz: Connects you to your higher self.
Why It Works:
Your body is made mostly of water, and water responds to vibration. Sound healing literally changes the molecular structure of your cells.
5. Mindful Supplementation: Fueling Your Energy Body
I don’t take supplements just because they’re trending on Instagram. Every capsule, powder, or tincture I use is intentional and in alignment with what my body needs at that time.
My staples for clear energy:
-
Adaptogens like ashwagandha for stress resilience.
-
Magnesium for relaxation and sleep quality.
-
High-quality CBD for nervous system balance.
-
Trace minerals to replenish what modern diets often lack.
6. Nature Immersion: Recharging at the Source
Step outside barefoot. Feel the earth under your feet. Breathe in the smell of soil, leaves, rain.
That’s not “woo.” It’s science.
Being in nature reduces cortisol, boosts mood, and balances your body’s electromagnetic field.
When I’m feeling scattered, 10 minutes in the sun can do more for me than an hour of scrolling “inspirational” content online.
7. Energy Clearing Rituals: Clearing the Invisible Dust
You can be freshly showered and wearing clean clothes and still feel dirty energetically. That’s because you’ve picked up energy from people, environments, and your own thought loops.
My rituals:
-
Smudging with sage or palo santo, take a salt bath
-
Shake it off, Make Noises, Pray, Move - literally shake it off babe
-
Visualizing a waterfall of white light pouring over me.
I do these after social events, before important work, and any time I feel “off” for no obvious reason.
8. Hapé Ceremony: Sacred Grounding
Hapé (pronounced ha-PAY) is a sacred Amazonian plant medicine made from tobacco and medicinal herbs. It’s used to clear the mind, connect to spirit, and ground deeply into the body.
When I use hapé, it’s never casual it’s a prayerful ceremony. I set intentions, breathe slowly, and allow the medicine to work on both my mind and energetic field.
9. Digital Boundaries: Protecting Your Frequency
Clear energy is impossible if you’re constantly marinating in everyone else’s opinions, fears, and projections online.
I have strict digital boundaries:
-
No social media for the first hour after waking.
-
No screens an hour before bed.
-
Muted notifications for non-essential apps.
Your phone is a portal. Guard what comes through it.
10. Gratitude as an Energy Multiplier
Gratitude is not a fluffy “feel good” exercise it’s energetic reprogramming.
When I drop into genuine gratitude (not just “I’m grateful for my coffee” but really feeling the warmth of the mug, the aroma, the moment of stillness), I feel my heart expand. My energy softens. Opportunities flow more easily.
FINAL TRUTH: You Can’t Heal in Chaos
Most people want a magic fix a single meditation, a weekend retreat, a supplement to clear years of energetic sludge. But the truth? This is daily hygiene for your soul.
Clear energy doesn’t just “happen.” You cultivate it. You protect it. You choose it over and over.
The practices I’ve shared aren’t a to-do list they’re a lifestyle.
