90 minutes that are entirely yours — away from everything that's been demanding your attention.

Using Reiki-based energy work, this session gives you space to fully let go — to land somewhere quiet enough to actually hear yourself. But the energy work isn't where it ends.

Most energy sessions leave you in an altered, open state and then send you straight back into your day with nowhere to put what came up. I don't do that. After 60 minutes of energy work, we spend the remaining time talking through what surfaced, what it might mean, and how to actually integrate it instead of letting it fade by tomorrow. You leave with clarity, not just a temporary high.

• 60 minutes of in-person Reiki-based energy work
• 30 minutes of guided integration conversation afterward — making sense of what came up, together
• A clear, grounded way to carry the session forward instead of losing it by the next day
